Also a graduate from Vancouver Island University's Forest Technologist Diploma program, Iain has spent over 20 years designing some of coastal BC's legendary logging roads and harvest plans.  An avid outdoorsman, Iain is never found without his trusty golden retriever by his side whether he's laying out a 25% graded switchback on a 50% slope or showing his two daughters how to set a hook during one of their many fishing adventures.​

Having spent years as a chokerman, hooktender, and all around logger, Joe brings the experience of what it takes to keep an operation running on the BC coast. With an eye for timber that revels only that of a timber cruiser's prism, Joe brings a realistic and practical approach to any challenge RMC faces. His many poems can be found throughout coastal BC camps, confusing the new guys as to the makeup of this 'rugged' engineer.

Currently registered with the Association of BC Forest Professionals as an RFT, Ian he has over 22 years of forest planning experience gained primarily on the BC coast.  Ian's broad based experience in engineering and cruising brings strong value to RMC and our clients.

​Jeff has 25 years experience in the forest industry.  After completing his Forest Technologist Diploma at Vancouver Island University, Jeff spe​nt 10 years working in the most challenging terrain on Vancouver Island's west coast and the BC coastal mainland.  During this time he gained valuable experience in falling, yarding, and road construction techniques. In 1995 Jeff ​formed RMC as he saw a lack of efficient and cost-effective solutions for forest managers to select from.​

Jeff has a passion for the forest industry and the opportunities that exist within it, and has been key to building our committed client base.  Jeff oversees the creative direction and business development at RMC, while providing overall  management on large, multi-phase forest management projects.
